Officially established in 1882, Southside was the tender age of 128 years old we first started working with them way back in 2010, coincidentally, the year of Tilted Chair’s founding. In the nearly decade-and-a-half since, Tilted Chair has helped evolve Southside’s brand from small-town legacy brand to the patriarch of Texas BBQ.
